Event Marketing & Promotional Products Supplier seeking Production Specialist / Customer Service Representative

Primary Role Responsibilities

• Apparel Production / Decoration (May Require Lifting Up To 35 lbs)
• Operating Embroidery Machine
• Operating Automated Heat Press Machines
• Preparing Prints & Files For Production
• Manage & Organize Apparel Production Orders
• Assist With E-Store Order Management
• Assist With Shipping & Receiving
• Assist With Print Production
• Assist With Laser Engraving & UV Printing
• Assist With Vehicle Wraps
• Efficiently Manage Multiple Tasks Under Short Timelines

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist With Inbound & Outbound Phones / Directing Calls
• Assist with Walk-in Clients
• Assist with Product & Material Purchasing
• Assist with Processing Payments & Sending Invoices
• On Site Installations
• Data Entry & Day to Day Tasks
